The Summer of Steven Seagal continues with a buddy cop movie co-starring Keenen Ivory Wayans. Seagal portrays the character we've seen a hundred times before, while Wayans is actually very different than his usual self. However, this movie clearly bombed at the box office and critics (blog post) have already panned it. Of course.. that doesn't tell the whole story, so just horror movie reviews how does it stand up, today?
